Here are the Top 10 Questions for Facebook Recruiting:

 

QUESTION #1: WHAT DO YOU DO?
The point of this question is to get them to ask you back.
This is where you share a little bit about what you do in a few sentences.

QUESTION #2: HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN I’M TALKING TO SOMEONE IF THEY’LL BE A GOOD CLIENT/CUSTOMER FOR YOU?
This question will blow your prospect’s mind. They’re never expecting a stranger ask how to help them get more customers. This will help open them up and build trust and rapport.

QUESTION #3: HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN DOING THAT FOR?
This will give you an idea if they are brand new or they have been with their company for a while.

QUESTION #4: HOW HAVE YOU PRIMARILY MARKETED YOUR BUSINESS IN THE PAST?
Another question that will help you understand where they are with their journey and whether they are new or veterans.

QUESTION #5: HAVE YOU HAD GOOD RESULTS WITH THAT SO FAR?
This is something that most people get wrong. You are looking for a NO, not really because now this is where you can help them, you can help solve their problems and teach them something.

QUESTION #6: HAVE YOU EVER CONSIDERED DOING SOMETHING ELSE OR ARE YOU HAPPY WITH WHERE YOU’RE AT NOW?
Here – most people get this wrong – you’re looking for someone who says “Yes, I’m open to something else…”. If they say they’re happy, leave them alone! If they say they’re open, then you can go ahead and share your business by following the next few questions.

QUESTION #7: ARE YOU WORKING FULL TIME WITH YOUR CURRENT BUSINESS/JOB OR DO YOU HAVE OTHER SIDE PROJECTS YOU’RE INVOLVED IN?
Asking this will give you an idea of how much time they have to commit to a new project, business and will help you to figure out what method to share your business. (For example a short 30 min presentation verses a 3 hour video series).

One of my favorite questions for Facebook recruiting is Question #8.

QUESTION #8: THIS MAY OR MAY NOT BE FOR YOU, BUT IF I COULD SHARE WITH YOU A WAY TO GET BETTER RESULTS WITHOUT INTERFERING TIME WISE WITH YOUR CURRENT BUSINESS, WOULD YOU BE OPEN TO IT?

DO YOU KEEP YOUR OPTIONS OPEN WHEN IT COMES TO MAKING AN ADDITIONAL INCOME WITHOUT IT INTERFERING WITH WHAT YOU’RE CURRENTLY DOING?

The reason why I love these questions so much is because it is such a non salesy, respectful way to ask. This gives you amazing posture as well because you don’t come across as desperate or looking for the next sale.

QUESTION #9: HOW SOON DO YOU THINK YOU CAN TAKE A LOOK AT THE INFORMATION?
Using ‘how soon’ gives you a faster response rather than asking ‘when’.

QUESTION #10: HERE IS MY PHONE NUMBER, (000-000-0000), GIVE ME A CALL IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS, WHAT’S YOURS SO I KNOW WHO’S CALLING ME?

Lastly, give your phone number first because people are more likely to share their number afterwards. Then there you have it! Give them a call, share your opportunity and build your business!
